21st Century the Transformational Technical Era, where already technological innovations were at their peak but The Covid-19 pandemic has led to an inevitable surge in the use of digital technologies where Initiatives like Work from Home, Study from Home, Virtual Meetings/Webinars, Video Conferencing has made people more clingy to the gadgets due to the social distancing norms and nationwide lockdowns. People and organizations all over the world have had to adjust to new ways of work and life.
Internet services have seen rises in usage from 40 % to 100 %, compared to pre-lockdown levels which are directly proportional to the increasing health issues among the masses. Overuse of technology possesses many physiological & physical adverse effects on people and more significant impact on the growing children and teenagers. Psychological effects like Isolation, Anxiety & Depression are the common lookouts in the pandemic scenario, whereas other Physical effects like Eye Strain, Bad postures, Sleep Disorders, Cardiovascular disease and Obesity are greatly troubling the masses.

So, here the Social Welfare Initiative by ShriRamYoga Society proved to be a blessing for the Students of Dev Sanskriti VishwaVidyalaya, where Dr Naveen Pandey, presented amazing health awareness tips that could help one to stay, Mentally, Emotional, Physically Healthy in the amidst of Covid-19 Scenario.
