Brief Profile:

Dr. Naveen Pandey is Master Trainer of Yoga Teacher Training Course and having inherent quality of yoga. He was born in Northern India. From the childhood he has grown up in yogic ambiance, because his parents & family members practice meditation and mantra japa every day at home. Because of these virtues and values,he started practicing meditation. At the age of 12 he has taken “diksha” and become the disciple of Pt. Shriram Sharma Acharya .

He has completed his basic education from his native place with science group and after that he qualified the entrance examination of Dev Sanskriti University, Uttarakahand, (a pioneer organization to promote Yog, Cultural and Spiritual renaissance at all levels) for graduation and masters. He joined University and completed his graduation with three unique combinations of papers (Yogic Science, Psychology & Computer Science).

He has studied many paths of yoga. He practices & performed various yoga asana postures. He has experienced many yogic techniques. He has learnt various meditation techniques under the direct guidance of Shradheya Dr. Pranav Pandya (Chancellor, Dev Sanskriti University) and subtle presence of his guru Pt. Shriram Sharma Acharya.

Naveen won Gold Medal in Uttarakhand Yoga Championship and participated in several National & International Yoga Championships. And also recognized as “TechnoYogi” by Dept. of C.S. DSVV.

He started yoga teaching since 2009 and having expertise on Yogic philosophy, Meditation, Hatha Yoga Advance Postures, Pragya Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. According to him “Yoga is a holistic way of living”.

After teaching experience in India, Vietnam, Myanmar, Thailand and Nepal, he has started a yoga society with his guru name “Shriram Yog Prashikshan & Anusandhan Soceity” for the welfare of humanity. The main purpose of this society is to provide the yoga teacher training and to promote yoga and health awareness in rural areas.

As a Yoga teacher and disciple of Guru, Naveen focuses on sharing the yogic way of living, thought revolution, healing aspects of Yoga with awareness, compassion, and love.

Eventually, the most important point of all, an amazing yoga teacher is a beacon of light and willingly shares that light with everyone around them.
